Rental Signage
It's been a long time in the making, but we're excited to share that signage is now part of our Rental offering. Transform your favourite Rental item by adding a decal, sign panel or a vinyl wrap. The purpose of our signage for Rental items is to offer simple and effective signage solutions for items in the Timbermill hire collection.
Working with our network of talented signage installers, you provide us with the artwork, and we take care of printing, supplying, and installing the signage on your item. This way, it will arrive on site branded and ready to go at your event.
We have listed starting from costs under the ‘Price Guide’ tab of each sign type to give you an idea about costings but once you’re able to confirm the product and what kind of sign you would like we can add this cost to your hire quote.
The following information should cover most things you need to know regarding this offering but please reach out via rentals@timbermill.com.au for any questions.
Information & Terms
How do you supply artwork?
- Artwork must be supplied to us a print ready; ideally in EPS or outlined PDF format
- We do not offer in house graphic design services and you will need to supply us with your print ready artwork
- We have artwork templates for some of our Rental products with complex cut files or shapes, but you can also find a downloadable sign dimension file in each product listing - and if you get stuck please reach out
- All artwork but be supplied to us as print ready at least one (1) week prior - a rush order will be applied of 50% if within a week
- If your artwork requires modifications to be made print ready a charge of $110+GST per hour will apply (min one hour charge)

Types of Signage & Install
The purpose of our Rental signage is to offer simple and effective signage solutions for our Rental products. We are not custom sign installers and will recommend external suppliers for this if we think this is required for your particular job.
- Unless noted or quoted, all signage is done prior in our warehouse
- This does mean that we recommend panels for most signage applications which can be taped on simply but also removed
- We do offer vinyl application onto our items but it will always be low-tac vinyl to protect our Rental products when it is removed
- Any panel type signage will have a 3mm edge so if using it with items with sides you will always see a visible edge. If you are wanting a seamless wrap around corners you can use vinyl wrapping - please feel free to discuss this with us if you have questions or concerns
- For any hanging panel sign, it will have 6mm holes in the top corners as standard. We are not able to do custom hole locations, or if this is required then it will need to be custom quoted. For these hanging signs, we will provide you with 500mm of fishing line and jute rope to hang your sign on site.
Charges & Payment Terms
All pricing for signage will be applied to our Timbermill Rentals Quote & Invoice.
- All standard Timbermill payment terms apply, 50% deposit required to confirm an order and final amount due 14 days prior . If a job is within 14 days full payment is required to confirm
- No work is done until the job is confirmed and payments are made on required dates
Full Bar or Wall Panel
What is it?
PVC Panel with Print which is then stuck to front of item.
Fixing method
Mounting strips (such as 3M Picture Strips), or Double Sided Tape that won’t damage the Rental Item.
Best suitable for
Single front panels such as bars.
Not suitable for
To fix onto textured finishes, curved items or if you need every surface or a bar to have a fully wrapped look.
Price guide
Pricing starts from $350+GST for a front panel for a bar.
Contour Cut Panel
What is it?
PVC Panel which is cut to shape and size and then stuck to front of item.
Fixing method
Mounting strips (such as 3M Picture Strips), or Double Sided Tape that won’t damage the Rental Item.
Best suitable for
Logos or small shapes with a background area that can be cut as one shape and then mounted to the item.
Not suitable for
Curved items or if you need a logo with a transparent backing onto the item.
Price guide
Pricing starts from $175+GST for a sign panel up to 600mm x 600mm.
Hanging Sign
What is it?
PVC Panel which is cut to shape and size. Hanging holes 6mm in on top corners can be added if required.
Fixing method
Ribbon or rope for hanging signs; or pending the hire item some have hooks for hanging signs off.
We do not supply the rope or ribbon as standard as there are so many style options that we feel it’s best the client supplies this to suit their own style and event.
Best suitable for
Hanging signs for bars overhead signs or to hang off a rail (eg. menu sign)
Not suitable for
Items that do not have a hanging fixing point, or please request with no holes if you’d like to use it on an easel.

Pricing starts from $175+GST for a Hanging Sign Panel 700mm x 200mm.
Vinyl Logo
What is it?
Vinyl with matte or gloss laminated applied to the item at the Timbermill warehouse.
*Only low tac vinyl to be used in all cases.
Fixing method
Installed at Timbermill prior to delivery.
Only low tac vinyl to be used in all cases.
Best suitable for
Logos onto bars or plinths.
Not suitable for
Textured finishes, or grooved finishes as hard to install the vinyl into the grooves. Please have a look at the Contour Cut Panel option.
Price guide
Pricing starts from $286+GST for a vinyl decal up to 600mm x 600mm supplied and installed.
Full vinyl wrap
What is it?
Vinyl with matte or gloss laminated applied to the item at the Timbermill warehouse.
*Only low tac vinyl to be used in all cases.
Fixing method
Installed at Timbermill prior to delivery.
This is not reusable post your event.
Only low tac vinyl to be used in all cases.
Best suitable for
Curved bars or plinths; or large solid back walls.
Not suitable for
Textured finishes, or grooved finishes as hard to install the vinyl into the grooves. Please have a look at the Full panel option.

Pricing starts from $350+GST a SQM to have an item wrapped (supply + install).
